Dev Diary 4 - See the previously shown dynamic scaring and beard growth mod working together, as the beard grows over your scars.

(NOTE: Sorry for the screen cut in the middle of the video, the transition to show the scar was a bit late - some simple coding fixes we can make! No worries!)

I'm new to the mod team here (Hi I'm Xluongbrox or call me Chris) and want to thank Mike for the opportunity - this truly is an ambitious mod and I'm VERY excited to be working on it.

To clear one thing up - Mike has put some people on the team to work with the mod. So we have a small team as of now.

Thanks to those who are following the mod - we really appreciated the support and feed off your suggestions! Feel free to leave any comments/questions or suggestions. We will reply and always take things into consideration!

Dev Diary

Project Legacy is well on its way into proper development -- so much, in fact, that real game changing elements will be added to the mod in the coming weeks. However, due to the very nature of this mod (being age-centric and all) it will exclusively affect human races. Elves, Khajiit, and other non-human races, will not be affected by this mod.

Project Legacy will be available in two flavours: Lite and Legacy. The Lite edition will be compatible with any save game you might have. Legacy, on the other hand, will require you to create a new human character. Though this may seem rather daunting the process in which the player chooses his character is paramount to the story and quest progression of Project Legacy... and here is why:

You begin as a child; scavenging the lands for your basic survival needs. You will be caught by a guard and sent to the orphanage. The decisions you make in the orphanage ultimately creates the character you will become as a young adult.

Yes. Character creation will be VERY limited. To the point where the only options you will have is what race you are, your sex, and date of birth. The rest will fall into place as you play. This, hopefully, should not effect the current opening sequence of Skyrim and, therefore, should not interfere with the Dragonborn storyline.

I am working extremely hard on getting the priorities for this mod into place. I am even in the process of recruiting a development team to keep this project rolling. For now, though, I need your patience.

UnGodlike Productions is looking for some talent to join their crew. The work is unpaid but can definitely create some opportunities for those interested in the game development industry!

Project Legacy:

I am looking for some talented modelers, quest designers, and coders to become a part of one the most ambitious gaming mods of all time. Project Legacy is designed to create an ever evolving world where the player ages, begins a family, and dies. The mod will be released in installments of, what I like to call, generations. The first generation is, of course, the story of the Dragonborn, but that is only the beginning. When you die your child takes over and becomes the new protagonist of Skyrim, and everything that the player accomplished through the main story will affect the second generation play-through. Think of it as never ending story driven DLC to your favorite video-game!

I've covered a lot of ground already with this mod, especially a lot with the hard-coding (player aging, dynamic scarring, real-time facial hair growth, dynamic health, etc) but I need talented and creative people to help me build this up! So, please, if you've got a few hours to spare a day join the team!

I am looking for:

- Concept Artists
- 3D Model Designers
- Level Designers
- Lead Quest Designer
- Writers
- Coders
- Musicians
- Voice Actors
- Graphic Arists
